David Fleming and his staff took an existing footprint after a devastating fire and redesigned a home that would fully accommodate new and evolving needs of a disabled veteran and family with an open floor plan, reconfigured bedrooms, and a home that is beautiful, open and easy. His professionalism, diving down into the details of an existing lot and code upgrades all the way through the fine-tuning of closets and shelving made David a joy to work with.
