About the Principal

David Fleming, Founder of DRF Design, is NCARB certified and a Registered Architect in New York, Massachusetts and Florida.

David holds two professional degrees in Architecture. A Master of Architecture from The University of Illinois at Chicago (1993) as well as a Bachelor of Architecture from The Catholic University of America (1992).

David started his career as an Architect in Washington DC, where he worked for two prominent architectural firms in Georgetown.

Notable projects in the DC area include:

• A modern glass house overlooking the Potomac River
• An “in-the round” worship space with heavy timber construction
• Space planning for the National Institutes of Health
• Collegiate athletic facilities

In 2005 David moved back to his native home of Amherst NY, a suburb of Buffalo, to launch DRF DESIGN. View completed homes on our portfolio page >
